We have absolute confidence in the quality of our products, from the beginning to the end of the production line. That's why all Bō One next generation have a Warranty.
We have thought of everything to ensure the safety and the performance of our products, guaranteeing flawless operation throughout their lifetime.

Is your product eligible to the Warranty ?

Both of the following conditions must be met to qualify for the lifetime warranty:
✓ To comply with general Terms and Conditions
✓ Living in Bulgaria or in Romania
✓ Own a Bō One, supplied with Bō Code
✓ Provide a cash receipt

How it works?

Activate your Warranty

#1 Prepare your package

Generate a Warranty PDF in your account / my devices. Check and fill all the fields. Then, in a stamped envelope, put the form , and your Bo One to be replaced.

#2 Send us all

Send your Bō One with the downloaded form correctly filled at:
Bō Center
137 Brezovski Shose,
4000 PLOVDIV

#3 Take a coffee

We take care of everything. As soon as the package is received, we will send you a brand new Bō One Black Soft Touch to your address. This new device is also eligible for the Bō Warranty.
